Pecan Orchard at Pineola Farms
The
Barn at Pineola Farms is one of Middle Georgia's most unique event facilities. The barn is available for Weddings, Receptions,
Parties, etc. We are located on 12 acres of farmland in Peach County, Georgia, just 9 miles West of I-75 at Byron
or Perry. We are 20 minutes south of Macon & 1 1/2 hours south of Atlanta. Pineola Farms was established in 1865
and remained in the Bassett family until 1973.
Pineola Farms consist of 12 picturesque acres of gardens, lawns & pecan orchards,
the 1865 plantation home and a 1930’s fully restored cotton barn.We can accommodate from 1 to 300
guests in true southern fashion.
The Barn was built in 1930 on the East side of Taylor's Mill Rd and moved to it's current location in 2006 where it was
totally restored in 2007.
The Barn consists of 2100 square feet in the main room with an additional 1050 square
feet containing the serving kitchen, restrooms and green room. The interior of the barn is heated & cooled. The covered
front porch is 800 square feet and the open deck is 600 square feet.
The
Barn can be as dressed up or as casual as you want it to be. Whether you want a Barn Wedding, or want to get married in the
pecan orchard with your reception in the barn, our event facility is very versatile. Your event at our facility can be whatever
